  • 1.Member information: Until membership withdrawal
  • 2.Payment information: Stored for 5 years according to relevant laws
  • 3.Uploaded files: Deleted immediately after conversion
  • 4.Service usage records: 3 months

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The company does not provide users' personal information to external parties in principle. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

  • When the user has given prior consent
  • When required by law or requested by investigative agencies according to legal procedures
  • When providing to payment processors for payment processing

7. Destruction of Personal Information

The company will destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.

  • Destruction procedure: The company selects personal information for destruction and destroys it with approval from the personal information protection officer.
  • Destruction method: Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable.

8. Measures to Ensure Security of Personal Information

The company takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures necessary for security in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act:

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is effective from the implementation date, and any additions, deletions, or corrections to the changes according to laws and policies will be notified through announcements 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
