Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the service and users regarding the use of the document conversion service provided by NoMoreHWP (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• 1."Service" refers to the HWP and various document conversion services provided by the company.
• 2."User" refers to members and non-members who use the service according to these terms.
• 3."Credits" refers to the virtual payment method for using the service.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes to Terms)

• 1.These terms take effect by posting on the service screen or notifying users through other methods.
• 2.The company may revise these terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws when necessary.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

• 1.Convert HWP files to various formats such as PDF and Word
• 2.PDF merge, split, compress, and edit services
• 3.Image conversion and other document-related services

Article 5 (Service Usage)

• 1.Users can use some services without registration.
• 2.Members can use services with more benefits and discounted prices.
• 3.Credit purchase and usage follows the methods determined by the service.

Article 6 (Personal Information Protection)

The company values users\' personal information and complies with relevant laws including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

• 1.Do not convert files that infringe on others' copyrights.
• 2.Do not upload illegal or inappropriate content.
• 3.Do not engage in activities that interfere with normal service operations.

Article 8 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)

• 1.Copyright of files uploaded by users belongs to the users.
• 2.The company processes files only for the purpose of providing services.
• 3.Files are automatically deleted from the server after conversion is complete.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

• 1.The company is exempt from liability when unable to provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
• 2.The company is not responsible for service usage disruptions caused by user negligence.
• 3.The company is not responsible for file damage that may occur during the conversion process.

Article 10 (Refund Policy)

• 1.Purchased credits can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase if unused.
• 2.Partially used credits cannot be refunded.
• 3.Credits used for failed conversions due to service errors will be restored.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the Seoul Central District Court.
